Hi, I’m Jason!
I’m one of the newest leaders to OSN! Father, Dad, husband, and kidult at all times! My strong family ties the drive me (crazy lol) and yet I still find time to let my inner kid out to play! From games to being “that guy” at the trampoline park jousting kids into the foam pool or driving dodgeballs at whoever volunteered to be my victims lol All in all, my life and goals are surrounded by love, my 4 kids and wife, fun interactions, and always ways to improve…. Well…. Everything! I’m a tinker by heart and there’s not a day where I don’t use my given 90’s kid power of ADHD and try to find someway to make this place better than yesterday! Originally born in the Bronx! (Win or lose, Yankees all day, baby!) However, I was raised majority in a small town in western Massachusetts. So yes I’m a small town boy, build his big city dreams in Orlando. Now to pull some heartstrings, joining… nay…. Becoming part of this amazing leadership team is something that truly hits a soft spot close to home. From personally having trouble with making friends in high school to moving to Florida homeless and building my life to where it is today. Making friends has always been hard for me, even for this extrovert! No matter what I always kept my head up and stayed hopeful. At some point you have to accept that maybe friends are just not an option, right? WRONG! OSN IS HERE, I am here 😎! Together we are here to get rid of that crazy stigma that adults can’t make friends!
Q&A with Jason!
1. What's your favorite board game or party game to play with friends?
My favorite party game to play would be any of the jack boxes! Mainly any of the ones with trivial murder party! IYKYK! However, guaranteed laughed and mandatory fun for sure!
2. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received about making friends?
Honestly, there’s no other better advice for anyone about making friends then the golden rule! Treat others the way you would want to be treated. If there’s any advice I love be about having or making friends, it would be that for sure!
3. What's your favorite way to recharge after a busy week of socializing?
Typical 90’s kid here, jamming out to music and getting lost in the music.
4. What's a hidden talent or unexpected hobby that most OSN members don't know about you?
I’m a huge tinker by heart! I love taking things apart and putting back together. Cars, computers, truly everything I can put my hands on.
5. What's the funniest or most memorable moment you've had at an OSN event?
Seeing as I’m new but slightly experienced, my favorite memory so far is standing on stage at brewlando and looking around at all the new friendships that were being created all at one instance! What a warming feeling to watch everyone be as happy as possible. And I knew at that moment that OSN is where I wanted to be and that our goals truly aligned!
